Shipping Policy

As an Authorized Internet Retailer of Wizards of the Coast, we may only ship sealed Magic: the Gathering products within the United States.

As an Authorized Internet Retailer of Wizards of the Coast, we cannot sell current sealed Magic: the Gathering products business to business.

S/H METHOD:  We are committed to processing your order in a safe and timely manner (usually within 1 business day of the receipt of payment for non-preorder items).  It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their address and contact information are current.  Incorrect or incomplete address and/or contact information may lead to a delay or cancellation of your order.

S/H RATES:  MTG singles and other trading card singles are shipped to U.S. locations by 1st class USPS for a flat rate (determined by location) regardless of the number cards ordered, and by weight + handling fees for the rest of the world.  The s/h rates of other products are determined by weight and/or using a base rate plus a per item additional fee rate  (you can check the s/h rate during checkout before committing to payment). 

IMPORT TAXES FOR NON-U.S. ORDERS:  Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

PREORDER ITEMS:  All presale items will ship within 2 business days of the product's street release date (not including saturdays and sundays).  For example, if the release date is friday, all items will ship by monday or tuesday.  I do my best to get them out within 1 business day, but increased sales volume occasionally causes a delay in which case I'll get as many out the first day and the remainder out the second day. 

     PLEASE NOTE:  Any order containing both preorder items and non-preorder items will ship together when the preorder items become available.
